Barlume is a Restaurant steeped in the sun-soaked flavors of the Mediterranean. With a menu designed to celebrate bright, fresh cuisine and a beverage program that marries creativity with nostalgia, Barlume promises a culinary journey that delights from morning to midnight and every moment in between. The restaurant first opened its flagship property in the heart of NYC in January 2025 and has since expanded to The Algarve, Portugal and Marbella, Spain in Summer 2025.

Located below the restaurant is Barlume Downstairs, a subterranean cocktail club, offering live DJs, crafted cocktails and light bites in a seductive, intimate atmosphere. “Downstairs” you’ll find a space exuding juxtaposition to the bright, airy upper dining room; instead find plush seating, dim lighting and a moody atmosphere that makes for the perfect setting for a quintessential “New York Night” out.
